As World Vegan Month kicks off this November, Corn Exchange Manchester is taking the stress out of the health-inspired weeks with some new and delicious dishes that will keep taste buds fully satisfied.



The winners of the best vegan fish at the 2019 PETA awards, Cosy Club’s dedicated menu, which also won Best Vegan Menu at 2018 PETA awards, will take you to vegan heaven!


The award-winning fish is made with battered nori-wrapped tofu. The British classic is served with minted mushy garden peas, vegan tartare sauce, and of course, chips.


What about breakfast? Their Vegan Breakfast is filled with vegan sausage, grilled tomato, field mushroom, wood-roasted peppers, spinach, hash browns and baked beans with sourdough toast – the perfect way to start your day.



Let Banyan take the stress out of World Vegan Month with a new meatless wrap that will tantalise your tastebuds.


The Meatless Meatball Melt includes a spicy tomato chilli marinara sauce with smoked vegan cheese, roast peppers, rocket and spinach in a beetroot wrap, and you guessed it, meatless meatballs!


For other plates choose a tasty Greenhouse Burger with is made directly from plant-based ingredients and has a deliciously satisfying taste and texture.



Kick off your vegan month at everyone’s favourite Vietnamese street food restaurant, Pho, with a fully vegan menu.


The restaurant added 12 new vegan dishes this year and uses the award-winning, THIS™ Isn’t Chicken in starters, salads, noodle soups, rice bowls, curries and wok-fried rice.


The addition of THIS™ Isn’t Chicken takes the restaurant’s vegan offering from 25% to 40%, giving more choice to both vegans looking for a high protein alternative.



Corn Exchange’s brand new, modern Indian restaurant, Delhi House Cafe, is already making a big impact on the food scene and guess what, offers a variety of tasty vegan dishes.


The Tofu Bhurji transports you to India with an abundance of impact. The flavoursome curry masala scramble includes buttered pao and mustard picked carrot.


Delhi House Cafe also offers lip-smacking options for breakfast including Moog-Lette, delicious lentil crepes with shredded radish and mint chutney.



Think you have to give up pizza this World Vegan Month? Think again! The flavour-packed Rustica Jackfruit Italian Hot at Zizzi’s is a vegan pizza filled with jackfruit pepperoni, spicy harissa, roquito chillies & vegan MozzaRisella – are you brave enough?


Fancy something lighter? The Lentil Linguine Ragù is a must-have! A rich Italian pasta dishes with lentil ragù, baby sun blush tomatoes, kale and linguine.


The Corn Exchange’s other residents, including Vapiano and Pizza Express are also all open for business with magnificent vegan meals to be had this half term.
