Norvurgern Quarter

London vegan fast food favourite The Vurger Co. have exclusively revealed to vegan business magazine, Vegconomist, that it is to open its biggest ever restaurant in Manchester's Northern Quarter.

The quick service restaurant already operates two branches in London, and a third in Brighton, and has chosen Manchester following the popularity of their home delivery meal kits in the city.

Opened in Shoreditch in 2018, with a second branch in Canary Wharf following barely eight months later, their 100% vegan burgers have transformed the plant-based food scene in the capital with vegan Mac n "Cheese", "pork" crackling, smoky "bacon", shakes, and fries proving that tasty fast food isn't just for meat eaters. 

Their Northern Quarter site has not yet been revealed however they expect to open in 2021.
