There's not many restaurants near Manchester Academy, however the city centre is only a short walk, bus or taxi ride away offering a wide choice of places to eat.

Manchester Academy is on the outskirts of town, part of the University of Manchester campus, a 15 minute walk down Oxford Road from the city centre.

Manchester Academy 2, Manchester Academy 3, Club Academy and The Contact Theatre are all next door and boast Student Union bars which are open to concert goers.

The Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) and the Manchester Aquatics Centre are very close to the Manchester Academy, whilst The Curry Mile in Rusholme is only 10 minutes walk away and is popular after gigs with the restaurants staying open late into the night.
