Benefiting from exposed brickwork and ceilings, steel columns, and timber floors, they have spent some money on the venue to make it stand out amongst its neighbours, which include William Sicilian Street Food just around the corner.
With a nod to its Tuscan inspiration, "La Collina" translates as "The Hill" in English, and the cafe is clearly aimed at the surrounding office workers, focusing on the Italian custom of grab-and go-espressos and after-work Antipasto sharing platters.
An opening date is yet to be announced.
