London Thai restaurant chain, Rosa's Thai Cafe is set to open in the former Handmade Burger unit at the Old Courthouse on Deansgate, next Spring.

With 16 branches in London, plus Liverpool and Leeds, the fast growing chain offers a menu inspired by founder Saiphin Moore's childhood on her family's farm in Thailand .

Specialing in North-Eastern "Isaan" Thai cuisine, where dishes are ordered to share, the emphasis is on fiery fresh salads designed to complement sticky rice.

Surviving longer than many had predicted, Handmade Burger Company finally closed its doors in September, after the national chain went into administation three years after opening.
