Manchester’s highest restaurant is to replace its two huge Snow Globes on the open-air roof garden, with a transformation befitting the sunnier days and warmer evenings, this month.

From May to June, Manchester's most popular roof terrace is transformed into a beautiful ‘Tropical Garden’, thanks to a partnership with Cîroc Watermelon.

Looking more like an equatorial garden, the huge roof terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a bespoke Cîroc Watermelon Cocktail whilst sitting under palm trees, overlooking the ever-changing Manchester skyline, away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below.
