Potter's Big Pink Paradise1st May 2021Fans of Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights could be forgiven for thinking that Brian Potter had entered the restaurant trade in Manchester, with the latest news that another "Potter's Big Pink Paradise" style venue has joined Archie's Burgers and incredibly popular Bridge Street pop-up trap-box 202 Kitchen.
With their target audience clearly the pretty in pink Barbie, Percy Pig and flamingo fans of Instagram, 202 Kitchen will move to new permanent £1 million 200-seat premises in Spinningfields, taking the ill-faited former GBK unit.

Originally set up in Birmingham in 2020, the instagrammable pink 202 Kitchen will move to their new premises after Real Housewives of Cheshire star Lystra Adams took over the Bridge Street venue, for her similar themed Boujee concept.
Originally opened at Liverpool One in December 2020, by Adams with Manchester Hall property developer Stephen Cliff and his Flat Cap Hotels partner Minesh Parekh, Boujee Restaurant & Bar offers sushi, sharing plates, prosecco on tap and plenty of pink posing places for those people who can't help but share their nights out on Instagram.

The 44 year old Guyanese "Naomi Campbell lookalike" model and entrepreneur - the former wife of 81 year old race horse owner David Fox - has also announced that Boujee will move next door to the owner's landmark Manchester Hall, taking their short-lived Vanitas unit on May 17th.
Like 202 Kitchen, and Bouji Liverpool, the venue will boast similar all-pink interiors, with nude mannequins and Barbie boxes.
The Prestbury celeb also plans to open more Bouji restaurants around the country with plans for Chester and London next, whilst 202 Kitchen have Stoke, Newcastle and Edinburgh in their pink sights.
