Hyatt Laureate

Following the news, back in September, that, after barely a year of being open, the Crowne Plaza on Oxford Road was to change affiliation to Hyatt Hotels; the rebranding has now taken place.

Located across the road from the RNCM on Booth Street East, the Hyatt Regency Manchester Oxford Road and Hyatt House Manchester replaces the Crowne Plaza Manchester and Staybridge Suites, which only opened on the 5th September 2018, at the 19-storey Lume building.

A new 120-seat restaurant was planned to replace The Laureate, keeping the attached Graduate Bar and lounge, however the two are currently trading under their original guise. 

Serving international cuisine, under the guidance of executive chef Nathaniel Farrell, the all-day restaurant offers floor to ceiling windows and is proving popular with visitors to the Royal Northern College of Music next door and the nearby universities.
