German Kebab Revolution

The iconic venue vacated by Revolution bar in Fallowfield is to become a franchise of the Berlin chain German Donor Kebab, who already have branches in Oldham, Stockport, Blackburn, Preston, and Liverpool.

Famous for their unique Donor kebabs, the chain imports its lean beef directly from Germany and uses special homemade bread, with exclusive secret recipe sauces.

One of the country's fastest growing chains there are already 56 branches in the UK and Ireland, with 23 more due to open this year.

Started in Berlin in 1989, GDK is now the world's leading kebab chain, with branches can also be found in Sweden, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, Oman, Canada and the USA.
