One restaurant that's reporting a booming trade during this troubling time, is Curry Mile favourite and Restaurants Of Manchester Top 10 venue Mughli Charcoal Pit, who have increased their delivery area to include places as far away as Sale, Altrincham and Hale, whilst also preparing meals for local NHS staff.

In fact, they are so busy, they are sometimes struggling to keep up with demand and therefore recommending scheduling orders in advance, placing it a little earlier or even later than otherwise planned.

Food is only cooked to order, immediately heat-sealed and delivered contact free by UberEats, Deliveroo, and the restaurant's own personal shuttle service, or is available to collect from the restaurant and specified collection points. 

You can also contribute as little as £2 so that Mughli can can prepare and deliver a meal to a member of the NHS at the neighbouring Manchester Royal Infirmary. The restaurant makes no profit on this, with 100% of the spend going towards the meals.
