Become a Sake Master

Award-winning Manchester restaurant Peter Street Kitchen have launched an exclusive masterclass exploring their world-class range of Japanese sake in the Rikyū Bar starting on Saturday 3rd August. 

Following on from the huge success of their Japanese Whisky Masterclass, the team at the Rikyū Bar will offer an insight into the iconic world of Japan’s national drink.

Guests will discover a range of styles and flavours, including hot, cold, sweet and sparkling sake alongside cocktail pairings and a selection of contemporary Japanese canapes. 

Specialising in a world-class range of Japanese spirits, sake and cocktails, the Rikyū Bar at Peter Street Kitchen will host the monthly masterclass on various dates until 30th November 2019.
