10 Years of Zouk

Where has all the time gone?

Not only is Restaurants Of Manchester and Pride Of Manchester celebrating our 20th anniversary this year, but can you believe a whole ten years have passed since brothers Mudassar and Tayub Amjad opened the brilliant Zouk Tea Bar & Grill, just off Oxford Road!?!

Thursday 9th May 2019 saw them celebrate in style with hundreds of regular customers invited to a party featuring mirrored performers, Asian dancers and live music.

The centre of attention though was reserved for the food, with some of Manchester's finest curries served up for free as a thank you for keeping Zouk one of the busiest restaurants in Manchester during the past decade. Gola Kebab, Kashmiri Lamb Kebabs, Desi Style Lamb Karahi and a selection of other dishes, which have become firm favourites with their customers throughout the last 10 years, on a special menu created by Co-founder and Creative Director Mudassar Amjad, which celebrated all of the regions of India and Pakistan which have inspired Zouk's main menu.

2019 promises a busy summer touring the UK, with Zouk serving food at Glastonbury, Parklife, The World Cup Cricket and the Ashes to name a few. 

Here's to the next 10 years.
