Located on the top floor of Tast Cuina Catalana on King Street, Enxaneta takes its name from the person that culminates the Castells, the Human Towers of Catalonia, and it represents the culmination of the culinary experience at the Manchester restaurant. Visiting Enxaneta, you will experience a gastronomic experience with two exclusive tasting menus from Executive Chef Paco Pérez, a master and ambassador of Catalan gastronomy, with seven operating restaurants and five Michelin Stars (2 Michelin Star Miramar in Llançà, 2 Michelin Star Enoteca in Barcelona, and Michelin Star Cinco in Berlin). With premium food pairings in a friendly, welcoming environment, you'll feel right at Paco's home.


Paco Pérez has created two wonderful seasonal tasting menus that will take you to reminisce Catalonia's best flavours and scents from the city to the forests, from the sea to the mountains. Guests also have the opportunity to enjoy this gastronomic experience together with the best carefully selected Catalan wines.

Enxaneta Temporally Closed

With a heavy heart, Tast need to announce that they've taken the impossible decision to close their third-floor fine dining experience, Enxaneta expect for existing bookings.

They simply cannot operate both Tast and Enxaneta without risking burning out their team who are working their hardest to keep Tast going. They have supported Tast through the toughest year and now Tast must support them.

The Terrace at Tast provided the boost everyone needed, allowing them finally to bring a real flavour and buzz of Barcelona to King Street.

Tast have served more croquetas than ever, poured Cava day and night, and even finally decided to add to the menu the much requested 'Bravas', done in the Tast style of course.

Tast, the Bar, Terrace, and Restaurant remains open and will continue to deliver Tastets and their famous Catalan Rice; cold beers, and exceptional wines.

Enxaneta is Temporally Closed giving them time to rebuild the teams, deliver the best possible experience they can to Tast guests and develop incredible dishes.
