A generous portion of Greek yoghurt topped with fruit granola along with a huge selection of fresh fruit. Raspberries, pomegranate, goji berries a ton of of fresh strawberries, and decadent Amarena cherries. Absolutely delicious.
But the jewel in the breakfast crown is San Carlo's Giant Croissants (£25), packed with either pistachio cream or Parma ham, mozzarella and rocket. The photos perhaps don’t depict their true scale, but they are enormous and are freshly baked over the road in the flagship San Carlo's own basement bakery, which even after San Carlo's 15 years in the game, so many people are unaware of! You really need to experience one of these. |
