Pure
Space Cafe Bar |
Just
across the road from the Palace Theatre, under the Oxford Road
railway arches, you will find the fantastic Space Cafe Bar. |
Operating
on three very different levels, Space boasts a fantastic roof
garden terrace that rival’s any other outside al fresco
dining and drinking experience in the city.
|
The
newly refurbished ground floor café bar offers customers
a stylish and yet somewhat intimate place to meet and sample
the delights of its world cuisine menu. Serving dishes such
as gourmet sausages & mash, right through to tastes of
the Caribbean, it is definitely worth popping by to sample
Space’s menu. |
If
you've already eaten or you simply want a light bite, Space
also offers a selection of ‘Sharer’ dishes from
pizzas to platters of wedges, nachos, breads and olives, with
enough for three to share. |

As
always, the best place to end your evening’s revelry
is in the basement club, Sub Space. The weekly run-down consists
of old school Thursday’s 'I Love 80’s', playing
the best in 80’s classics. Friday’s 'Outta Sight'
offers a collection of funk, motown and Northern Soul, and
Saturday’s 'Across the Tracks', plays something for
everyone from funk, soul, disco, motown and dance classics. |
Whether
you're checking your emails on the free Wifi link during a
business lunch, having drinks with friends on the unrivaled
roof terrace, or dancing 'til dawn at one of SubSpace's famous
club nights, you're guaranteed to leave with a smile on your
face. |
