Highlights include their hot smoked salmon with Yorkshire asparagus, James’ classic Thai crab risotto, and Nidderdale chicken with wild garlic cream, finishing with a Yorkshire rhubarb and custard trifle.

Available for £45 per person, the Spring Taste Menu is ideal for those looking to experience a selection of signature dishes in one sitting.

To complement the menu, their sommelier has carefully created a series of wine flights, perfectly paired to enhance each course. Guests can choose from house classics, a premium James Martin selection, or a thoughtfully curated alcohol free pairing, ensuring every experience is tailored to the table.
