Fahrenheit is a stylish, city centre restaurant in the heart of Genting Club Manchester, which offers culinary delights freshly prepared by the team of skilled chefs.
The restaurant is situated within the Genting Casino, 110 Portland Street, just around the corner from St Peters Square, the Town Hall, Palace Theatre and Bridgewater Hall.
The combination of fine dining and gaming offers much more than any other restaurant could ever hope to.
Fahrenheit takes its name from the revolutionary way the food is cooked at 2500°F, using an enclosed Josper Grill.
This distinctive style of cooking, utilising the heat produced by the charcoal, maintains a high cooking temperature of 1000°F which greatly influences and enhances the flavour of the dishes.
All the steaks and some selected dishes are cooked in the Josper Charcoal Oven and, as such, are infused with a unique smoky BBQ flavour.

Head Chef, James Lunham, personally selects the best Scottish steaks and offers a seasonal selection of dishes alongside the freshest fish, with a good selection of seafood dishes available.
The menu includes Josper grilled 35 day matured Mathers 'Black Gold' Scotch beef, alongside British dishes ranging from freshly made Treacle Cured Salmon and Seared Black Pearl Scallops to Beer Battered Atlantic Hake and Bolton Abbey Lamb Fillet.
With an extensive menu, wine list and an impressive level of service, you will want to dine at Fahrenheit time and again.
To visit Fahrenheit you must be over 18 years old.
Whilst there are many benefits and offers exclusively for Genting Casinos & Club members, membership is not required to visit Fahrenheit and anyone over the age of 18 is welcome.
No identification is required unless you are lucky enough to appear to be under the age of 21.

Fahrenheit Restaurant boasts a fantastically appointed room, which is the ultimate in sophistication.
Ideal for birthday parties, business dinners and anniversaries among other occasions, your whole party will feel incredibly special at the level of personal service you will receive.
The Head Chef can suggest a menu or alternatively he can produce a menu based on your exact requirements.
The Restaurant Manager will be happy to arrange any additional requirements that you may have such as celebration cakes or entertainment.
The private dining room can accommodate between 2 and 20 people, however if you have a larger party then a separate function room can accommodate up to 60 people, ideal for conferences and large parties..
